- created · Callum Reid 21 Jul 2026 07:42The underwriting dashboard has not refreshed this morning. Since 07:00, it's showing yesterday's submissions instead of today's data. The overnight sync did not complete. This is blocking my team's ability to answer capacity provider queries. I need the brain current with today's submissions by 09:00.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 21 Jul 2026 08:27Just so I've got this right – the underwriting dashboard did not refresh at 07:00 this morning and is showing yesterday's submissions. I've picked this up. Can you let me know whether this is affecting all the dashboards you're using, or just the main underwriting one? Thanks, Bethan
- internal_note · Bethan Lister 22 Jul 2026 11:53Checked yesterday's nightly refresh run logs. Last scheduled refresh failed to complete. Escalated to platform team for investigation.
- public_reply · Callum Reid 22 Jul 2026 12:16Hi Bethan, It's all of them – the entire platform is stale. Every dashboard we use is showing yesterday's submissions. The team is fielding calls from capacity providers asking about today's submissions. What's the platform team saying – by when will this be fixed? Callum
