Current to 10 Oct 26Kofi Mensah could not find how to filter submissions by broker and date in the search interface. Bethan Lister explained the advanced filters feature, showing how to access it at the bottom of the search page and filter by broker reference and date range.
Problem: Kofi struggled to narrow large search result sets and couldn't locate filtering options in chat or page builder.
Handling: Bethan provided step-by-step instructions on enabling advanced filters and filtering by broker and date. The workflow was clear but not obvious in the UI.
Watch: This reflects a discoverability issue with advanced search features. The customer had to ask support rather than finding the feature independently.

I'm trying to find a submission from last week using the search, and I've got the broker reference from our CRM. The problem is I'm just getting loads of results back and I can't work out how to narrow it down by broker or by date. I've had a look at the chat interface and the pages you can build, but I can't see any filtering options. Is this expected? Just double-checking that I'm not missing something obvious here.

Just so I've got this right – you've got the broker reference and you want to filter the results down by broker and date? The search does support filtering, but you need to use advanced mode. Here's how: 1. Open the search page – look for the magnifying glass in the left navigation. 2. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Show advanced filters'. 3. You'll see fields for broker, submission status and date range. 4. Enter your broker reference and pick your date window, then search. Can you try that and tell me what you see? If you've still got too many results, send me the broker reference and I'll check on my end. Thanks, Bethan
