Gaps:
- Neither the executed order form nor the MSA states a renewal mechanism or notice period after 4 Jan 2027.
- No document shows whether the accounting system connector went live within the sixty days.
- The QBR of 21 Sep 2026 notes one overdue invoice but does not identify or quantify it.
- MSA v2 describes £45,000 as £50,000 less 10%, with the discount for the first term only. The executed records do not restate the discount basis, so the renewal price should be checked against the signed copy.
