What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the discovery call, the Director of Finance asked for whole-life cost and a framework answer, then said a separate procurement process was needed, no date could be promised and there were other priorities this year.
Ask: Christopher Bamber wanted the whole-life cost in writing, whether this is a framework purchase, and a comparison against alternatives.
Customer view: once he learned it is not a framework purchase, he said Lunesdale Homes would need its own procurement process and was candid that it has other priorities.
Next: Priya still owes the whole-life view by tier. The 16 Jan 2026 signature target now looks unlikely, and the pencilled £140k includes implementation, so it is not an annual figure.

- Priya Raman 11 Dec 2025 17:51Hi Alison, hi Christopher, Thank you both for the time on the discovery call. A short recap, so we are all working from the same page. What we heard: Lunesdale Homes wants one place where tenant complaints and repairs performance can be asked about with evidence, for the customer insight and repairs teams. We discussed Enterprise as the tier that fits a company-wide, regulated organisation. The deal amount we have pencilled in is £140,000. That is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation, so it should not be read as an annual figure. I can break it down properly on request. If we can get this over the line by 16 Jan 2026, we can plan the implementation to suit you. Christopher, could you let me know what you would need to see from our side to take it through your process? Best, Priya
- Christopher Bamber 12 Dec 2025 16:08Priya, Thank you for the summary. Before this goes any further I need the whole-life cost, not only the deal amount, and I need to know whether this is a framework purchase or not. We would also expect a comparison against alternatives, as with any purchase of this size. Please send the breakdown in writing. Christopher Bamber
- Priya Raman 16 Dec 2025 09:38Hi Christopher, hi Alison, Thanks, Christopher, that is fair. Taking your points in turn. The £140,000 covers the implementation and the first subscription term, so the ongoing cost after that is the annual subscription only. I will put the whole-life view together by tier, so you can set it against anything else you are considering. We sell under our standard order form and MSA, so it is not through a framework. If it helps your timetable, we are still working to 16 Jan 2026 for signature, though I would rather you had what you need than hit a date for its own sake. Best, Priya
- Christopher Bamber 16 Dec 2025 12:33Priya, Thank you. Noted that it is not a framework purchase, which means we would need to run our own procurement process, and I am not able to promise a date for that. I should also be candid: we have other priorities this year. Alison will keep you informed if that changes. Please send the whole-life cost when it is ready. Christopher Bamber
