What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26After the 24 Aug 2026 demo, Hayley Staniland asked in writing which systems must connect, how long it takes and who does what, as her team is small. Harvey Doyle said Hannah Lowe will reply and restated £62k.
Ask: Hayley wants the systems for tickets and usage per provider, timing, and her team's tasks during set-up confirmed in writing.
Customer view: the concern is capacity, not price. Harvey cited an eight-week fixed-fee Growth implementation and a decision around 18 Nov 2026.
Next: Hannah to send the connector list checked against Cawthorne's setup, with a week-by-week plan.

- Harvey Doyle 24 Aug 2026 09:59Hi Cerys, hi Hayley, Thank you both for your time on the demo this morning. Hannah is copied in, and has noted the questions that came up on the call. If anything else comes to mind about how the data would flow in or who would need access, send it over and Hannah will answer in writing. Kind regards, Harvey
- Hayley Staniland 24 Aug 2026 12:50Harvey, Thanks for this. Two things I would like confirmed in writing, please. First, which of our systems we would need to connect to cover tickets and usage for each provider, and how long that tends to take. Second, who on our side needs to do what during set-up, as my team is small. Hayley
- Harvey Doyle 25 Aug 2026 14:59Hi Hayley, hi Cerys, Thanks for the questions, Hayley. Hannah will reply separately with the connector list, because she wants to check it against your setup before putting it in writing. On timing, Growth implementation is a fixed fee over eight weeks, and she will map out what is needed from your side week by week so the load on your team is clear. For reference, the proposal total remains £62,000 and we are still working towards a decision around 18 Nov 2026. Kind regards, Harvey
