Harvey Doyle took over from Priya Raman and asked Cerys Llewellyn to book a demo. Cerys agreed to a Monday morning and brought in Hayley Staniland, who knows the systems best. Logistical thread.

Ask: Harvey asked for a slot within a week or so, with someone who looks after systems day to day.

Customer view: Cerys apologised for the slow reply, proposed the following Monday morning and added Hayley so the team who will use it start the process.

Next: Cerys will send Hayley the invite once the Monday slot is confirmed.

Hi Cerys, I am picking up the account from Priya and wanted to get your demo in the diary. Hannah Lowe, our solutions engineer, will run it on a sample of your own data so you can see how tickets, usage and renewals sit together. Do you have a slot in the next week or so? Mornings tend to work well for Hannah. It would be useful if whoever looks after your systems day to day could join as well. Kind regards, Harvey

Hi Harvey, Thanks for picking this up, and sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy week with my team. Monday next week in the morning would suit me. I have asked Hayley Staniland, who heads up product operations and knows our systems best, to join so we start with the team who'll use it. If it can go ahead on Monday, I will send her the invite. Diolch, Cerys
