After discovery, Priya Raman recapped a Growth proposal of £62k including implementation. Chief Executive Patrick Rowbotham said the board must see the cost first and asked for cost per customer. Decision target is 18 Nov 2026.

Ask: Patrick wants the figure set out for the board, with cost per customer and day-to-day use, and wants Cerys to lead on detail.

Customer view: he confirmed the recap matched his understanding but made no commitment before board sight of the cost.

Next: Priya will send Cerys a one-page note splitting implementation and subscription, and needs the demo booked within a couple of weeks to hold the 18 Nov 2026 target.

Hi Cerys, hi Patrick, Thanks both for the time on the discovery call. Good to hear how your team wants to see each provider's tickets, usage and renewals together, rather than piecing it together by hand before every renewal conversation. As a recap: we talked about Growth as the starting point, with Cerys's team as the first users. The proposal comes to £62,000 in total, which includes the one-off implementation. Happy to make this easy and break it down however is most useful for you. To keep momentum, the next step is a demo on your own data. Could you let me know who else should be in the room? Best, Priya

Dear Priya, Thank you for the summary, that matches my understanding of the call. Before we go further I should be clear that the board will need to see the cost before anything is agreed, so it would help to have the figure set out in a way I can put in front of them. The question I will be asked is what the cost per customer comes to, and how the team will use it day to day. I would like Cerys to lead on the detail. Kind regards, Patrick Rowbotham

Hi Patrick, hi Cerys, Understood, and thank you for being so clear on the board point. I will put together a short one-page note covering the £62,000 total, what sits in the implementation and what sits in the subscription, so you can work out a cost per provider on your own numbers. Cerys, I will send it to you first so you can shape it before it goes anywhere near the board. Our working target is a decision around 18 Nov 2026, which leaves comfortable room for the demo and the board paper. If we can get the demo booked in the next couple of weeks, that timing holds. Best, Priya
