What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Aisling Kiely accepted a Thursday or Friday morning kick-off, will bring a senior consultant yet to be named, and suggested starting with a small user group before widening access.
Ask: Hamza Akhtar asked for days for the kick-off and which of the fifteen Starter users get access first.
Customer view: Aisling is cooperative. She prefers mornings before eleven and a phased rollout, but has not yet confirmed which senior consultant will attend.
Next: Hamza to fix the kick-off and agree the first access group.

- Hamza Akhtar 23 Sep 2025 09:40Hi Aisling, Thanks for the chat the other day. As promised, I'd like to get your onboarding sessions into the diary so the consultants can start seeing each client's roles, placements and invoices together as soon as possible. The plan is a short kick-off to confirm which systems we connect first, followed by a working session where we go through the first connectors together and check the data looks right. Starter includes fifteen licensed users, so we should also agree who gets access first. Could you let me know which days later this week or early next week suit you and whoever else you'd like in the room? Mornings tend to be easiest on my side, but I'll work around you. Kind regards, Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Aisling Kiely 23 Sep 2025 11:55Hi Hamza, Thanks for this. Thursday or Friday morning would work for the kick-off, ideally before eleven as the consultants are usually on calls after that. I'll be the main person on our side, but I'd like one of the senior consultants to join so they can say what they'd want to see first. I'm not certain yet which of them it will be, so I'll confirm that once I've checked with the team. On access, I'd suggest we start with a small group and add the rest once we've seen it working. Does that fit with how you normally do it? Thanks, Aisling
