After the demo, Lewis Kerr put the Starter proposal at £25k including implementation. Aisling Kiely asked about the accounting feed and timing, and promised an answer before 4 Sep 2025. No decision yet.

Ask: Aisling asked whether the accounting system feed can be included so invoices show per client, and how long the recruitment system connection would take.

Customer view: constructive and positive, with no price objection raised. She will review Anya's note with Deirdre and reply before 4 Sep 2025 with a yes or outstanding questions.

Next: Anya is to send a note on mapping and implementation steps. Lewis did not quote a date.

Dear Deirdre and Aisling, Thank you both for your time at the demo. It was useful to hear the consultants' questions, and I think the view of roles, placements and invoices per client came across well. To put a number on it, the proposal for Starter comes to £24,525 in total, which includes the one-off implementation. VAT is to be added as applicable. We are aiming to have this agreed by 4 Sep 2025, so there is no rush, but I'd like to know of anything that would stop you moving forward. I'll send that over today as a formal quote. Please do tell me if anything is unclear. Kind regards, Lewis

Hi Lewis, Thanks for the follow-up, and for the demo. A couple of questions from my side, as I'd be the one looking after the connections: - Can the accounting system feed be included, so the invoices show up per client? - How long would it take to get our recruitment system connected, and what do you need from me? Aisling

Dear Aisling, Thank you. On the first point, yes: invoices from your accounting system are the sort of source the brain is built to bring in, and I've asked Anya to confirm exactly how it would map to your clients. She will write to you directly with a short note. On timing, the implementation is a fixed-fee piece of work for Starter, and Anya will set out the steps and what she would need from you as part of the same note. I don't want to quote a date from memory. Kind regards, Lewis

Hi Lewis, Thanks, that's clear. I'll go through Anya's note when it arrives and review it with Deirdre. We'll come back to you well before 4 Sep 2025 with either a yes or any outstanding questions. Aisling
