After discovery, Jordan Pike pencilled a £62k Growth proposal including implementation, expected close 12 May 2026. Allison Pereira wants the by-client demo, a one-off versus recurring split, and her leadership colleague involved.

Ask: Allison wants the by-client view on her own data, delivery before open enrollment, and the one-off and recurring parts separated.

Customer view: she agrees with the summary but says she does not buy without a leadership colleague. She also wants the first demo kept on client service, with security questions later.

Next: Jordan to send a one-page breakdown and demo slots.

Hi Allison, Thanks for the time on the discovery call. Here's where we are, as I heard it: - Your client-service team works across tickets, calls and renewals in separate tools, so nobody sees one employer client in one place. - Open enrollment is the pressure point, and you want to avoid a backlog. - You'd like to see activity by client, not just in total. To be transparent, I'm still working out what the right shape is for your team, but Growth looks like the natural fit given several teams would use it. I've pencilled in a proposal at £62,000, which is the total deal value including the one-off implementation fee. We're looking at an expected close around 12 May 2026, but that's a planning date, not a commitment. What would make this a yes? If you can tell me who else needs to be comfortable, I'll make sure the next conversation covers their questions. Thanks, Jordan

Jordan, Thanks, that's a fair summary. A few things from my side: - Yes to the by-client view. That is the whole point for us. Can we see that by client in the demo, on our own data if possible? - Before open enrollment, please. I'd rather not be mid-implementation when it starts. - I need to bring a colleague from our leadership team in before anything is signed. I don't buy without them. On the number, I need to understand what's the one-off part and what recurs. Can you split that out? Best, Allison

Allison, Good questions. Quick answers: - Demo on your own data: yes, that's how we do it. I'll set up a session where we show tickets, calls and renewals grouped by employer client. - Timing: the Growth implementation is a fixed-fee project, and we can work backwards from your enrollment window so you aren't caught mid-build. - The split: the £62,000 covers the implementation fee plus the subscription for the first term. I'll send a one-page breakdown so your leadership colleague can see each part clearly. I'll put a few demo slots to you next week. Thanks, Jordan

Jordan, Perfect, send the breakdown and the slots. I'll add my leadership colleague to the invite so we only do the demo once. One ask: please keep the demo focused on client service. Our security team will have questions later, but I don't want the first session to turn into a questionnaire. Best, Allison
