What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Pieter de Groot, the CFO, has read the £2,973 expansion proposal and asks in writing whether it is covered by the current contract or needs a separate order form, and what it costs per year.
Ask: Pieter wants the contract position and the annual cost in writing to match against the contract and quarterly invoices.
Customer view: Eline is positive, but Pieter says he decides on the paperwork. Matteo had said £2,973 is total deal value, not an annual price.
Next: answer both questions in writing ahead of the 2 Jul 2026 target.

- Matteo Ricci 2 Jun 2026 10:13Dear Eline, dear Pieter, Thank you both for your time on our last call. As promised, I am writing to put the expansion proposal in writing, so that you have it in one place. The proposal sits on your existing Growth subscription. The total value of the proposal is £2,973. I would rather be clear now that this is the total value of the deal and not an annual price, and I will confirm the exact breakdown in the order form itself. Our aim is to close by 2 Jul 2026, but only if the timing works for you and your team. Pieter, if there is anything your outsourcing register or your finance team needs to see first, please tell me and I will prepare it. Let me confirm that in writing once you have had a chance to read the proposal. Best regards, Matteo
- Pieter de Groot 5 Jun 2026 13:18Matteo, Thank you. I have read the proposal. Two questions. Is the £2,973 covered by our current contract, or does it need a separate order form? And what does it cost per year once it is running? I need the answer in writing so I can match it to the contract and to the quarterly invoices. Eline is positive about the expansion and says the teams are using the brain more. That helps, but I decide on the paperwork. Met vriendelijke groet, Pieter de Groot
