What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Pieter de Groot, CFO, would not sign the Growth order form until he understood the £60k and quarterly invoicing. Sophie Ling explained the figure is total deal value and promised quarterly wording in the order form.
Ask: Pieter wanted to know whether £60k was a yearly price and whether quarterly invoicing was written into the order form. He said he would not sign until both were clear.
Customer view: He wants the contract to match the invoices and a clear yearly cost. The first send blurred implementation fee and subscription in a single total.
Next: Sophie said she would add quarterly billing to the order form wording and send the updated copy the same day. The evidence does not show a signature in this thread.

- Sophie Ling 20 Jan 2026 17:16Dear Pieter, I am picking up the paperwork for Veenendrecht Payments from Matteo. Please find the order form for the Growth tier attached for your signature. The total deal value is £59,500. This includes the one-off implementation fee, which is shown on its own line, separate from the annual subscription. If you have any question on the wording before signing, let me know and I will answer it the same day. Kind regards, Sophie Ling Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Pieter de Groot 21 Jan 2026 14:54Sophie, Thank you. I have read it. Two questions. First, the £59,500: is that per year, or does it cover more than one cost? I need to see what it costs per year. Second, the invoices must match the contract, and we are invoiced quarterly. Is that written in the order form? I will not sign until both are clear. Met vriendelijke groet, Pieter de Groot
- Sophie Ling 22 Jan 2026 11:30Dear Pieter, Thank you, and fair questions. The £59,500 is the total deal value, not an annual price. It is made up of the one-off implementation fee plus the annual subscription, and the order form lists each on its own line so that you can match them to the invoices. On billing, the subscription is invoiced annually in advance, or quarterly on request. Since you prefer quarterly, I will add that to the order form wording and send you the updated copy today, so it is in the contract. Please tell me if anything else needs to be written in before you sign. Kind regards, Sophie
