Ask: Matteo asked for outstanding questions on governance and contract wording, and copied Owen Tallis as the person standing behind the terms.
Customer view: Eline Bakker says the teams are aligned. She cannot commit budget without Pieter and asked him to name open points.

I have copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, as he will stand behind the terms on our side. The proposal for Growth carries a total deal value of £59,500. That total includes the one-off implementation fee, so please do not read it as the annual subscription on its own. The order form will show the two separately, and I will walk you through it. Our working date for signature is 22 Jan 2026. Let me confirm that in writing: it is a plan, not a commitment from either side. What I need from you is any outstanding question on governance or the contract wording, so that we can settle them before then. Wishing you both a good break. Best regards, Matteo

So the practical questions are now for Pieter: the contract wording and the budget. I cannot commit budget without him, as you know. Pieter, can you tell Matteo which points are still open for you? Then we know who owns the next step. Matteo, please send the order form draft to both of us when it is ready.
