Current to 14 Oct 26Marcus Bell asked for a check-in focused on how many of the 25 licensed users log in regularly. Harjit Bains agreed, asked for a later-week slot and for the usage numbers beforehand for the trustees.
Ask: Harjit wants the usage numbers sent ahead so she can anticipate what the trustees might ask about the team's use of the tool.
Customer view: Willing but busy with trustee preparation. "No surprises for the client" shows she wants to be prepared.
Next: Marcus is to send the numbers and find a later-week slot.

- Marcus Bell 19 Sep 2024 15:08Hi Harjit, Hope the week is going well. It's been a while since we had a proper catch-up on how the team is getting on with the brain, so I'd like to get a check-in in the diary. I've pulled the numbers for the last quarter and there are a couple of things worth looking at together, mainly how many of your 25 licensed users are logging in regularly and where the client-relationship team is getting the most out of it. Shall we book 30 minutes some time next week? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you. Thanks, Marcus
- Harjit Bains 20 Sep 2024 08:45Hello Marcus, Thanks for this. Yes, a check-in would be useful, though I should say the next couple of weeks are busy with trustee meeting preparation, so I'd prefer something later in the week if you can manage it. If you could send over the usage numbers beforehand, that would help me see what the trustees might ask about the team's use of the tool. No surprises for the client, as I always say. Kind regards, Harjit
