As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hamza proposed a 90-minute online training for resident services. Zainab replied after a delay that the team is keen, six or seven will join, mornings suit, and asked for coverage of university and invoice questions.
Ask: Hamza wanted a session built on real questions, covering tickets and nomination agreements side by side.
Customer view: Zainab was positive and engaged. Her team's most common questions are which university a resident issue belongs to and whether an invoice has been raised for it.
Next: Hamza to fix a morning slot and build the session around those two question types.

- Hamza Akhtar 17 Jun 2026 16:03Hi Zainab, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. As we discussed, I'd like to book a training session for your resident services team so they can get comfortable asking the brain about tickets and nomination agreements side by side. I'd suggest around an hour and a half, run online, with a few of your managers and whoever handles the day-to-day escalations. If you can send me a couple of slots that suit next week or the week after, I'll fit around you. It would also help to know which kinds of questions your team asks most often, so I can build the session around real examples rather than a generic walkthrough. - Zainab Ali 22 Jun 2026 16:49Hi Hamza, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days. Thank you for setting this up, the team is keen. Any morning towards the end of this week or early next week would work for us. Mornings are best because that is before the move-in queries pick up. I think six or seven people will want to join. The questions we get most are about which university a resident issue belongs to and whether an invoice has been raised for it. If you can cover those, that would be ideal. Thanks, Zainab
