Lewis sends the Growth proposal at £57k plus VAT, including implementation. James Whitworth asks for the implementation fee split from the subscription and wants to see the order form itself before discussing further.

Ask: James wants a breakdown showing the implementation fee separately from the subscription. He also asks which version will be the signed one.

Customer view: He wants the order form itself before going further, and says they pay on the terms they signed. That is a finance reader checking paper, not a buyer objecting to price.

Next: Lewis owes the breakdown and a clear answer on the order form.

Hello Bethany, hello James, Thank you both for your time on the call. As promised, I've attached the proposal for the Growth tier, so that university partnerships and resident services can see each university's nomination agreements, tickets and invoices in one place. To put a number on it, the total proposal value is £57,000, plus VAT. That total includes the one-off implementation, so please don't read it as an annual subscription figure. I'll send over a breakdown of how it splits today if that helps James. Our working target is to have the paperwork agreed by 27 Mar 2026, but I'd rather you set the pace than the other way round. If there is anything in the proposal you would like changed before it goes any further, tell me and I'll rework it. Kind regards, Lewis

Lewis, Thank you for this. I have read the proposal and have two questions. First, please send the breakdown you mention, showing the implementation fee separately from the subscription. Second, which version is the signed one going to be? I would like to see the order form itself before we discuss anything further, as we pay on the terms we signed. Bethany is copied and will confirm the operational side from our end. James Whitworth
