- Marcus Bell 11 Jun 2026 17:13Hi Robert, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. As promised, I'm writing to get the renewal conversation into the diary. Your Enterprise contract runs to 27 Aug 2026, so it would be good to agree the next steps well before then. What I'd like to cover: - the contracted terms and what the renewal looks like - how the 150 licensed users are being used - anything on the invoices that doesn't match your order form Shall we book 30 minutes next week? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you. Thanks, Marcus
- Robert Lindsay 11 Jun 2026 19:32Marcus, Thank you. Next week is possible, but I would like the renewal terms in writing before we speak, so that I can check them against the order form. Which figure is the contracted one for the renewal? I would also like to understand what the brain is delivering for us. Usage has not grown as I had hoped, and I need to be able to justify the cost per customer served. Please send the terms and a couple of times that work for you. Robert Lindsay
