Marcus Bell proposed a 30 minute quarterly review. Shona Baird agreed, said the service desk uses the brain daily, and asked for the list of teams still to start. Thursday morning was settled. Mostly logistical.

Ask: Shona accepted a 30 minute review and wants the list of teams still to start so she can push them along.

Customer view: The service desk uses the brain every day and finds faults quicker. Her first question is what the end customer actually sees.

Next: Marcus sends the invite and the usage report ahead of Thursday morning, with the list of teams still to start.

Hi Shona, I've pulled the numbers ahead of the quarterly review and the picture is a good one. Usage across your teams has grown a lot since the early weeks, and the high priority tickets have gone quiet. Shall we book 30 minutes to go through it? I'd like to cover: - who is asking the most questions - which teams are still to come on board - what you want from the next quarter Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Good to hear. The service desk are using it every day now, the faults get found quicker. What's the customer actually seeing, that's what they ask first. Thirty minutes is fine. Thursday or Friday this week would work for me, mornings best. Bring the list of teams still to start, I'd like to push those along. Cheers, Shona

Hi Shona, Thursday morning it is. I'll send an invite shortly and share the usage report beforehand so you can look it over. I'll include the list of teams still to start, as asked. Thanks, Marcus
