Current to 14 Oct 26Laura Penhaligon asked Shona Baird for kickoff slots now the Enterprise subscription has started. Shona offered Tuesday morning or Wednesday after lunch and will bring provisioning and service desk colleagues.
Ask: Laura wants to agree first systems to connect, attendees and named admins for the 150 licensed users.
Customer view: Shona is keen and practical. She wants service desk leads in the room because they will feel it first if the fault data is wrong.
Next: Laura picks a slot and Shona sends the invite and finds an IT attendee for access.

- Laura Penhaligon 28 Aug 2025 09:24Hi Shona, Welcome aboard, and thanks for the call earlier in the week. Now that the order form is signed and the Enterprise subscription starts today, I would like to get the kickoff in the diary. The aim for the first session is to agree which systems we connect first, who from your side needs to be there, and who will be the named admins for the 150 licensed users. I would suggest you, someone from provisioning and someone from the service desk, plus a colleague in IT who can grant access to the data warehouse side. Could you send me a couple of slots that work for you early next week? I will fit around you. Best, Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Shona Baird 29 Aug 2025 10:49Hi Laura, Thanks, good to get moving. Early next week is fine. Tuesday morning or Wednesday after lunch would both work for me. I'll bring someone from provisioning and one of the service desk team leads. They're the ones who'll feel it first if the fault data is wrong, so let's have them in the room from the start. I'll ask IT who should come for the access side and come back to you. Let's not make this complicated. Pick whichever slot suits you and I'll sort the invite. Cheers, Shona
