Before we switch on the first refresh I'd like one more session to walk through the field mapping with you. The plan for the hour: - confirm the project code as the key - check the handful of names I've flagged - agree which users go in first Would tomorrow at 11:00 work, or Friday at 15:00? Thanks, Callie

Before then I'll go through your flagged names and reconcile them against the ledger. I'll send you the answers the evening before so you aren't waiting on me during the session. One thing I'd like to be clear on: once the first refresh lands, will the brain's client totals be checked against the finance system before anyone outside my team sees them?
