Current to 13 Oct 26Priya Raman asked Valerie Okon for half an hour on commercial terms. Valerie chose Wednesday at 09:30, asked for the proposal and payment terms beforehand, and said nothing can be agreed on the day.
Ask: Priya wanted to walk through the Growth proposal, payment terms and invoicing.
Customer view: Valerie accepts the meeting but wants documents first and the invoicing schedule in writing. She states that anything new goes to the board.
Next: send the proposal and payment terms before the Wednesday 09:30 call.

- Priya Raman 18 Jul 2024 12:33Hi Valerie, Thanks for your time so far, and to Craig for pulling the right people together. We're at the point where the commercial terms need a proper conversation, and I'd like to make that easy for you. Could we find half an hour next week to walk through the Growth proposal, payment terms and how invoicing would run? I know you'll want to see exactly what's being asked of the business before anything goes near the board, so I'd rather do it properly than by email. If Tuesday or Wednesday morning suits, I can work around your diary. To keep momentum, if we can get the terms agreed in principle soon, the rest of the process is quite short. - Valerie Okon 18 Jul 2024 15:00Priya, Thank you. Wednesday morning is better. I can do 09:30. Please send the proposal and the proposed payment terms beforehand, so that I can read them first. I will want to see the invoicing schedule in writing. To be clear, I cannot agree anything on the day. Anything new goes to the board. Valerie Okon
