What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman sent the Growth proposal at £52k deal total. Valerie Okon asked for a separate payment schedule and the order form in good time, and would not commit to a date before the board has seen it.
Ask: Valerie wants the payment schedule showing what is due on signature and what is due later, plus the order form ahead of the board meeting.
Customer view: she has read the proposal and says they will pay on the agreed terms once signed. She will not commit to a date before the board has seen it.
Next: Priya sends the schedule separately and the order form early. The 9 Aug 2024 target is BG-Demo's, not the customer's.

- Priya Raman 2 Jul 2024 17:00Dear Craig, dear Valerie, Thank you both for the time on the call. As promised, here is where the proposal stands, so you have it in one place. What is proposed: the Growth tier of B-Glass, run inside your own Snowflake account, so your project, commercial and credit-control teams see each client's projects, variations, calls and invoices together. The total deal value is £51,600, which is the whole of the proposal for this deal, not a yearly figure on its own. Timing: to keep momentum, if we can get this over the line by 9 Aug 2024, we can book the implementation team and agree a start that suits your project calendar. Valerie, I know you will want the payment schedule and the order form wording reviewed carefully. I am happy to go through either with you, or with whoever on your side needs to see it first. Best, Priya
- Valerie Okon 3 Jul 2024 17:40Priya, Thank you. I have read the proposal. Two points. First, please send the payment schedule separately, showing what is due on signature and what is due later. Second, I cannot agree anything new without the board, so I need the order form in good time before it meets. We will pay on the agreed terms once we have signed. I will not commit to a date before the board has seen it. Valerie Okon
