As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the demo, Priya Raman recapped a Growth deal total of £52k and a 9 Aug 2024 target. Jamal Edwards replied with two project-side questions on variations and manual upkeep, and promised a client list.
Ask: Priya wanted two or three priority clients to shape the next session. She framed the deal as Growth at £52k, with paperwork aimed at Friday 9 Aug 2024.
Customer view: Jamal found the session useful but raised how a site-agreed variation links to the valuation and invoice, and how much project managers would maintain by hand. He may need credit control before finalising the list.
Next: Jamal sends the client list by the end of that week and Hannah Lowe covers both questions. The thread does not show whether the paperwork was settled.

- Priya Raman 11 Jun 2024 11:35Hi Craig, Jamal, Thanks both for your time on the demo. It was useful to see how quickly the team picked out the projects, variations and invoices for a single client, and Hannah has noted the questions that came up so we can answer them properly. Where we are: you are looking at Growth, and the deal total we discussed is £51,600. We are aiming to have the paperwork settled by Friday 9 Aug 2024, which leaves plenty of room for your side to review. To keep momentum, happy to make this easy: I can put together a short summary of what the first weeks of the implementation would look like, so you have something to take to the rest of the team. One ask: could you tell me which two or three clients you would most like to see in the brain first? Hannah can then shape the next session around real projects rather than a generic example. Best, Priya
- Jamal Edwards 12 Jun 2024 08:25Hi Priya, Thanks for the recap. Useful session, and Craig has already asked me to pull together a list of clients for you. A couple of things from the project side that I would like Hannah to cover next time. First, how a variation that is agreed on site gets linked to the valuation and then to the invoice, because that is where things slip for us at the moment. Second, how much of this our project managers would need to maintain by hand, as they are already stretched. I will send the client list by the end of the week. I may need to check with a colleague in credit control before I finalise it.
