What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the discovery call, Valerie Okon asks what the £52k working figure includes and when invoices are raised. She will not give a decision date because the board decides.
Ask: Valerie wants to know what the £52k covers and when invoices would be raised, before it goes near the board.
Customer view: Priya Raman says it is the total value of the Growth deal, not an annual price, and nothing is fixed. Valerie says a decision date is for the board and she will not guess.
Next: Priya sends a draft order form after the demo, which is an open item, not executed paper.

- Priya Raman 13 May 2024 17:35Hi Craig, hi Valerie, Thanks for your time today. Good to meet you properly, Valerie, and to hear how you each see the business. A quick recap of where we landed: - The pain is seeing each client in one place: projects, variations, calls and invoices, so commercial and credit control are looking at the same picture. - Growth looked like the right fit, since several teams would use it. - The next step is a demo on your own data, so you're not judging it on a generic example. On the commercial side, the working figure for the Growth deal is £51,600. That is the total value of the deal, not an annual price, and the order form would show implementation and subscription separately. Nothing is fixed at this stage. If we can get this over the line by 9 Aug 2024, that gives your teams a clean start. Happy to make the next step easy: tell me who needs to be at the demo and I'll set it up. Best, Priya
- Valerie Okon 13 May 2024 17:47Priya, Thank you for the recap. Two questions. What exactly is included in the £51,600? And when would invoices be raised? I will need both before this goes anywhere near the board. Valerie Okon
- Priya Raman 13 May 2024 18:18Hi Valerie, Fair questions, and thanks for coming back so quickly. The £51,600 is the total value of the Growth deal: the one-off implementation and the subscription together. Subscription is billed annually in advance, with quarterly available on request, and payment terms are thirty days. I'll set out the split line by line in a draft order form so you can see exactly what is charged and when, rather than leaving it to my email. I'll get that over once the demo has taken place, so it reflects anything you ask for. Best, Priya
- Valerie Okon 15 May 2024 15:37Priya, That is clear, thank you. Please send the draft order form after the demo. I cannot give you a decision date. It is for the board, and I will not guess at when they will meet on it. If it goes ahead, we will pay on the agreed terms. Craig will confirm who from my side attends the demo. Valerie Okon
