What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26After reading the post-incident review, Ravi Subramanian listed three findings still open: named standing access, EU and US cluster separation, and connector credential retention. A session was set for Thursday at 14:00.
Ask: Jordan Pike wanted a working session on the open findings. Ravi named three on 10 Aug 2026 and asked for the evidence beforehand.
Customer view: He wants named individuals, not a role description, and will not close a finding without evidence. His position on reference customers is unchanged.
Next: Theo sends evidence on the first two that evening and the third before the session, and says plainly on the call if any is not ready.

- Jordan Pike 10 Aug 2026 08:45Ravi, Thanks for your time on the last call. Here's where we are: you have read the post-incident review and the answers Theo sent, and a few findings are still open on your side. I'd like to book a working session with you and Theo to go through them one by one. Theo will bring the evidence for each. Could you tell me which findings you want first, and what time suits you this week? Thanks, Jordan
- Ravi Subramanian 10 Aug 2026 09:02Jordan, Yes, I have read it. Three findings remain open: 1. Standing access: I want the list of named individuals, not a role description. 2. Separation between the EU cluster and the US cluster, evidenced. 3. Retention and deletion of connector credentials. I am available Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. Please have the evidence shared with me beforehand. I will not close a finding without it, and a reference customer is not a substitute for a control. Ravi Subramanian
- Jordan Pike 12 Aug 2026 14:14Ravi, Understood on all three. Let's do Thursday afternoon, tomorrow, at 14:00. Theo will join and lead on the findings. On your points: Theo will send the evidence for the first and second this evening, and the third before the session. If any of it is not ready, he will say so on the call and give you a dated commitment rather than a promise. I'll send the invite shortly. Thanks, Jordan
