Amara Obi asks Gemma Thorne to book the next QBR and raises what happens after the contract ends on 1 Dec 2026. Gemma agrees to the QBR but will not commit on the renewal until she has seen the usage numbers.

Ask: Amara proposes a QBR covering what the teams get from the brain, connector changes and needs for the rest of the year, with the renewal on the table.

Customer view: Gemma will take the picture to her colleagues first and does not want to commit before seeing the numbers. She says remarketing use it less than the service desk and account managers.

Next: Amara sends the usage summary a day or so ahead of a QBR in the week after next.

Hi Gemma, Let's get the next QBR in the diary. Since our last conversation I've pulled together the usage picture for Carnmoor, and it's steady: questions are still being asked every week and the group of regular users is a little larger than last quarter. For the session I'd like to cover three things: what the service desk and account managers are getting from the brain now, what has changed with the connectors, and what you need from us over the rest of the year. The contract runs to 1 Dec 2026, so it's also a sensible moment to talk about what you want it to look like after that. Would a slot in the next couple of weeks work? Who else should be there? I'd suggest Kofi, and perhaps someone from remarketing if they're still using it. Best, Amara

Hi Amara, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days with reviews. A QBR works for me. The week after next is better than next week, and mornings are easiest. Kofi will definitely join. Remarketing use it less than the service desk and the account managers, so I'll ask them whether it's worth their time, and let you know. On the renewal, I'd rather we looked at the picture together first and then I'll take it to my colleagues. I don't want to commit to anything before I've seen the numbers laid out. Could you send the usage summary a day or so ahead, so I can read it before we meet? Thanks, Gemma On 23 Jul 2026, at 08:41, Amara Obi wrote: > Would a slot in the next couple of weeks work?
