- Alice Brewer 24 May 2026 11:07Dear Kofi, I'm Alice, Head of Marketing at BG-Demo. I run our Customer Day, and I'd like to invite you to this year's event in London on Thursday 11 Jun 2026. It's an in-person day for customers, and I'm writing to you because you are the person who wires each source into the brain at Carnmoor. People in your seat are who the rest of the room most wants to hear from. The story here is how customers have connected their systems and kept the nightly loads reliable. Most of our customers are running Salesforce, a helpdesk and an accounting system, and the practical questions about mapping, ownership and what to do when a source changes are the ones people stay behind to ask. Two things I'd like to ask: 1. Would you be able to join us on the day? It's a full day and I'd like to hold you a place. 2. Would you be happy to share a few words with the room about how you run the brain at Carnmoor? Nothing formal. A short conversation with one of our team would be enough, and I'll send a draft of anything we plan to use for your approval before it goes anywhere. We would not name Carnmoor or quote you without your written agreement. If you'd like to bring Gemma or a colleague from the service desk or the account management side, please say so and I'll hold places for them too. Could you let me know by the end of next week? If it's not possible, that's completely fine, and I'll make sure you still get the notes and slides afterwards. Best, Alice
