Amara Obi introduced herself as Customer Success Manager and asked for a check-in. Gemma Thorne agreed, asked for a view of who is asking questions, and a Friday 10:00 slot was set with Kofi invited.

Ask: Gemma wants to understand why some account managers still rebuild the picture by hand. She asked for a breakdown of who is asking the questions before she says anything to Ian.

Customer view: Warm and engaged. She acknowledged the account has been a bit of a carousel of contacts on the BG-Demo side.

Next: Amara will bring the breakdown of who is asking what and which sources feed the answers, and send an invite with Kofi on it.

Hi Gemma, I'm Amara, the Customer Success Manager for Carnmoor. I know you've had a few different names on our side since you went live, so I wanted to introduce myself properly and say I'm now your point of contact for anything to do with how the brain is being used. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary for the next couple of weeks. Nothing heavy. Here's what the numbers say so far: usage across the client services team has picked up nicely compared with the previous quarter, and your inbox with us has been quiet, which I'm choosing to read as a good sign. I'd still rather hear it from you than guess. The main thing I'd like to ask is what good looks like for you this quarter, and who else should have access. You have 40 licensed users and I suspect there are account managers and remarketing colleagues who would get value from it. Could you let me know a couple of slots that suit? Forty-five minutes should be plenty, and I'm happy to include Kofi if you think that helps. Best, Amara

Hi Amara, Thanks for this, and nice to meet you properly. Yes, it has been a bit of a carousel, so I appreciate you saying it. A check-in would be good. I'm in the middle of preparing a couple of client reviews, so I'd like to use the time to talk about how the account managers are getting on. Some of them are using the brain every week now and a few still rebuild the picture by hand, and I'd like to understand why. I could do Thursday afternoon or Friday morning next week. Mornings are better for Kofi, so Friday might suit him more. I'll ask him to join either way, he knows the sources far better than I do. One question: can you bring a view of who is actually asking the questions? I'd like to know if it's a few people or the whole team before I say anything to Ian. Thanks, Gemma

Hi Gemma, Friday morning next week works for me, so let's go with that and I'll send an invite tonight with Kofi on it. I'll aim for 10:00 unless you shout. Yes, I'll bring a breakdown of who is asking what, plus which sources are feeding the answers. I'll keep it short enough to paste into your own review notes if that's useful. It's worth saying it's all looking healthy, so this is mostly about getting more people using it rather than fixing anything. Let's get the next QBR in the diary at the same time, so you're not chasing me for it later. Speak Friday. Best, Amara
