Scheduling the QBR

Hi Gemma, Let's get the next QBR in the diary. I'd like to keep it to about an hour, and I'd suggest this agenda: - Usage by team, including the service desk, since you wanted them looking at it - Sources and loads, with Kofi - Who else should have access, within your 40 licensed users - What good looks like for the rest of the contract year I can do Wednesday at 10:00, Thursday at 14:00 or Friday at 11:00 next week. If none of those work, send me what does and I'll move things round. Would you like Ian there? Given the renewal date, I think it's worth having him in for at least the commercial part, but that's your call. Best, Amara

Hi Amara, Thanks for this. The agenda looks right to me. Thursday at 14:00 works for me and I think for Kofi, though I'm just checking his diary. Wednesday is out because I have a client review that morning and I'll be preparing for it. On Ian: yes, have him in, but I'd like to keep the commercial part to the end so the rest of us can leave when it starts. He'll want to go through the contract line by line, and I'd rather the team spent their time on what they're actually seeing. I'll confirm Kofi shortly. Thanks, Gemma

Hi Gemma, Perfect, I've pencilled Thursday at 14:00 and I'll send the invite to you, Kofi and Ian once Kofi has confirmed. I'll put the commercial part last, as you suggest, and make it clear in the invite so Ian knows when to join. Everyone else can drop off before it begins if they'd rather. I'll send the usage pack the day before so nobody is seeing the charts cold. Best, Amara
