After the check-in, Gemma Thorne agreed to bring service desk team leaders in and add remarketing users selectively. She asked for a usage summary by team to show Ian before the renewal conversation.

Ask: Amara Obi asked who else should have access, suggesting remarketing, and asked for QBR windows.

Customer view: Gemma said the summary matches how it feels and reviews now start from the same numbers. She wants only people who will ask questions, not everyone added.

Next: the usage summary supports an internal case ahead of the renewal conversation with Ian. QBR is flexible in the second half of April, with Kofi attending.

Hi Gemma, Thanks for making time for the check-in. I know I'm still the new face on the account, so it was useful to hear in your own words how the teams are using the brain day to day. Here's what the numbers say: usage is up sharply on the previous quarter, and the questions are coming from more than the handful of people who started it off. The account managers preparing client reviews are the biggest change, which is exactly what you hoped for at the start. My notes from the call: - Client reviews: account managers are now pulling the fleet, queries and invoice picture from one place before a review, instead of rebuilding it by hand. - Service desk: you'd like them using it more, so the desk and the account managers are working from the same story. - Tickets: a handful came in over the last month, one of them high priority. It's closed out now, but tell me if anything still feels unresolved on your side. - Licences: you have 40 licensed users and only a fraction of them are active. Who else should have access? Remarketing seemed the obvious gap. Two things from me. First, I'll send a short usage summary by team so you can see where the activity sits. Second, let's get the next QBR in the diary. Could you let me know a couple of windows that suit you? Best, Amara

Hi Amara, Thanks, that's a helpful summary and it matches how it feels from here. The account managers are the ones talking about it, which is a good sign. Reviews are starting from the same numbers now, and that's all I really wanted. On the service desk, let's get them in on this. I'd like to bring a couple of the team leaders to the next session so they can see what the account managers see. What did the client actually see on a query? That's the question the desk always asks, and I think the brain can answer it if they know where to look. On licences, remarketing is the obvious one, agreed. I'll ask them who would use it rather than just adding everyone. I'd rather keep it to people who will ask questions. Yes please to the usage summary by team. It would help me make the case internally, and I'll want to show Ian before the renewal conversation comes round. For the QBR, I'm fairly flexible in the second half of April. Kofi will want to be there as well, as he's the one wiring in the sources. Thanks, Gemma
