Hamza Akhtar and Priti Varma agreed on 4 Feb 2026 to a hands-on session on a mixed cars and vans client, with most of the team attending and a couple of service desk staff for the second half. Numbers and the date are not yet fixed.

Ask: Hamza sought days, headcount and whether the driver service desk should join. Priti said mornings, Tuesdays and Thursdays, most of the team, and a couple of service desk staff pending a word with Gemma.

Customer view: Priti wants an awkward client with vans and cars on different contracts, where the team loses most time. She had not yet checked with everyone.

Next: Priti to send the client name and numbers, and Hamza to check the data and propose two mornings.

Hi Priti, Thanks for your time on the call earlier this week. As promised, I'm writing to get the training session for the corporate account managers into the diary. What I have in mind is a hands-on session on your own client data rather than a slide deck. We would take a couple of your real clients, build the fleet picture together in the brain, and show how to ask the questions you currently answer by pulling reports from three or four places. I would like to keep it to a small group so everyone gets to type. Could you let me know: - which days work best for the team over the next couple of weeks - roughly how many of the account managers will join - whether you would like the driver service desk in the room for the second half We have 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of room if you want to bring more people along, but I would rather start with the people who prepare client reviews every month. Hi Hamza, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy week with client reviews. Mornings are better for us, as the afternoons tend to fill up with client calls. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the quietest. I think most of the account managers will want to come, so probably most of the team. I haven't checked with everyone yet. I would like the service desk to join, but I'm not sure they can all be released at the same time, so perhaps a couple of them for the second half like you said. I'll ask Gemma. One thing: could we use a client that is a bit awkward, with vans and cars on different contracts? That is where we lose the most time. Thanks, Priti

Hi Priti, No problem at all. A mixed cars and vans client is a good choice, because it shows the point of having everything in one place. Send me the name of the client you would like to use and I'll check that the data for it has loaded properly before the day, so we don't spend the time on set-up. I'll propose two Tuesday or Thursday mornings for you to choose from once you have had a word with Gemma about the service desk. If it is easier, just reply with the numbers on each side and I'll shape the session around that. Best, Hamza
