What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hamza Akhtar proposed separate sessions for account managers, the driver service desk and remarketing. Kofi Asamoah agreed, suggested a first person in each group, and asked to start the week after the first week back.
Ask: Hamza wanted a first person to train in each of three groups and a view on whether the first week back was realistic.
Customer view: Kofi backed separate sessions and would leave rollout until the following week so loads settle before more people ask questions of it.
Next: Kofi will confirm names with managers and return with names and times by Friday.

- Hamza Akhtar 29 Dec 2025 13:30Hi Kofi, I hope you got some rest. I know it is a quiet week, so no rush on this one. We need to plan the user sessions for the three groups: corporate account managers, the driver service desk and remarketing. My suggestion is a short session for each group, run separately, so the examples stay relevant to what each team does every day. They would be mostly walkthroughs on your own data, with time for questions. Two things from you, when you have a moment. First, who in each group should be the first person we train, so they can help the others. Second, whether the first week back is realistic or whether you would rather leave it until the following week. Thanks, Hamza Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Kofi Asamoah 29 Dec 2025 15:05Hi Hamza, Thanks, separate sessions makes sense to me. The service desk would not get much from an account manager's walkthrough and vice versa. For the first people, I would suggest one of the senior account managers, a team leader on the service desk, and someone from remarketing who already works with the fleet data a lot. I'll confirm names with their managers when everyone is back, so I don't put anyone on the spot before they have been asked. On timing, I'd leave it until the following week. The first week will be taken up with the invoice source and the usual start-of-year reporting. I'd rather the loads were settled before more people start asking questions of it. I'll come back to you with names and some times by Friday. Cheers, Kofi
