Hamza Akhtar proposed a two-hour mapping session for the leasing system and client list. Kofi Asamoah chose Thursday morning and asked which source to export from, since the spreadsheets and leasing system do not always match. Largely logistical.

Ask: Hamza wanted two hours with Kofi, ideally with someone from the service desk, and a sample export of the client list.

Customer view: Kofi preferred Thursday morning from 10:00 and wants to show both the leasing system export and the account managers' spreadsheet version. He sees differences as a mapping question.

Next: Kofi will ask the driver service desk whether someone can join for the second half, with no promise given.

Hi Kofi, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. As discussed, the next piece is the mapping session for the leasing system and the client list, so that the account managers, the driver service desk and remarketing all see the same client record. I think we need about two hours with you, and ideally someone from the service desk side if they can spare the time. Could you do Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning this week? If neither works, I can move things around early next week. It would help if you could have a sample export of the client list to hand, so we can check the keys before anything is loaded. Thanks, Hamza Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo

Hi Hamza, Thursday morning works better for me, say 10:00 onwards. Wednesday I have month-end reporting to finish and I would rather not split my attention. I can get a sample export of the client list together by then. Which source is that from, exactly: do you want it from the leasing system itself or from the version the account managers keep in their spreadsheets? They don't always match, and I'd rather you saw both so we know where the differences come from. That's usually a mapping question, not a bug, but best to see it first. I'll ask someone on the driver service desk whether they can join for the second half. No promises, it's a busy period for them. Cheers, Kofi
