As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hamza Akhtar asked Kofi Asamoah for a technical onboarding session. Kofi agreed a slot, named the leasing system as the client list master and flagged clients appearing under more than one name. Logistical and technical, no commercial signal.
Ask: Hamza wanted a two-hour session covering each source, the overnight load and who to involve at Carnmoor Fleet Leasing.
Customer view: Kofi offered Tuesday afternoon next week, named the leasing system as master and called the duplicate client names a mapping question, not a bug.
Next: Kofi will pull together an example of the duplicates and check who holds credentials for the service desk and invoice systems.

- Hamza Akhtar 10 Dec 2025 09:39Hi Kofi, Following the kickoff, I'd like to book the technical onboarding session with you. It's the one where we go through each source, how it will load into the brain overnight, and who needs to be involved on your side. I'd allow about two hours. If you can have the following to hand, it will go much faster: - the systems you want connected first, and who administers each one - how the client list is held today and which system you treat as the master - any known quirks in the data, for example clients that appear under more than one name Would sometime next week work? Tell me what suits and I'll send the invite. Thanks, Hamza
- Kofi Asamoah 11 Dec 2025 15:33Hi Hamza, Thanks for this. Tuesday afternoon next week is good for me, and Wednesday morning as a fallback. I'm in meetings most of Monday. On your list: the master for the client list is the leasing system, and that is the one I'd like the brain to match. The service desk queries and the invoices sit in separate systems, and I'll check who holds the credentials for each so you're not waiting on me during the session. One thing to flag. A few clients appear under more than one name, usually where a fleet was set up under a parent and a subsidiary. That's a mapping question, not a bug, but we should decide how to treat it before the first load. I'll pull together a short example so we can see it properly. I'll also tell Gemma what we agree on the mapping, as she wants the client list sorted before the account managers see anything. Cheers, Kofi
