Gemma Thorne accepted a Thursday afternoon discovery conversation with Sophie Ling on 13 Aug 2025. She will bring the service desk, saying account managers and the desk do not tell the same story about a client.

Ask: Sophie wants to understand how client services prepares for client reviews and how driver queries reach account managers. Gemma asked for an after-lunch start because she is preparing a big client review.

Customer view: positive and candid. She named the pain as piecing together which client, which fleet and what they saw.

Next: Sophie to send the Thursday invite. Gemma will confirm the service desk attendee by the next day.

Hi Gemma, Thanks for getting back to me. I would like to set up a discovery conversation so I can understand how client services works at Carnmoor today and where the time goes when your account managers prepare for a client review. Half an hour to an hour should be plenty. I would suggest next week, and Tuesday or Thursday afternoon would suit me best, but I can move around if another day is easier. It would also help if someone from the driver service desk could join, as I would like to hear how queries reach you and your account managers. No need to prepare anything. I will bring questions and you can tell me what is and is not relevant. Let me know what works. Kind regards, Sophie Sophie Ling Account Executive, BB-Demo

Hi Sophie, Thanks for this. Thursday afternoon works for me. I am in the middle of preparing a big client review at the moment, so if we could start after lunch rather than first thing, that would be better. I will ask someone from the service desk to join. It is a good idea, because the account managers and the desk do not always tell the same story about the same client, and that is half the problem. Which client, which fleet, what did they actually see: that is what we spend our time piecing together. Send me an invite for Thursday and I will confirm the service desk side by tomorrow. Thanks, Gemma
