What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26The Zendesk connector stopped pulling tickets because the customer's API token expired. Scott Galbraith generated a new one and Bethan Lister confirmed on 7 Feb 2025 that the connector was pulling and missing tickets caught up.
Ask: Bethan asked Scott to check for credential or access changes after the connector stopped pulling new tickets.
Customer view: Scott found the expired token himself and supplied a new one promptly, with no complaint.
Next: the fix was a connector sync issue on the customer's side. Token expiry could recur.

- Bethan Lister 4 Feb 2025 15:17Hi Scott, I've picked this up. Just so I've got this right: the Zendesk connector stopped pulling new tickets a couple of days ago? Can you check if there have been any recent changes to the API credentials or any access changes on your Zendesk side? Thanks, Bethan
- Scott Galbraith 5 Feb 2025 15:02Hi Bethan, We didn't change anything. But I've just checked and the API token has expired. I'll generate a new one now and send it to you. Scott
- Bethan Lister 7 Feb 2025 10:24Got the new token, thanks. The connector is pulling again and we've caught up on the missing tickets. Should be fully synced by end of day. Thanks, Bethan
