After the demo, Kyle Brandvold asked in writing what data leaves the Snowflake account and how fresh it is. Jordan Pike cited an expected close of 8 Jan 2027 and a total deal value of £155,000, not an annual price.

Ask: Jordan requested source systems from Kyle, underwriting questions from Janet and security reviewers from Heather. Kyle replied with questions on data leaving the account, morning freshness and source system changes.

Customer view: Kyle wants answers in writing before involving security. Jordan said the refresh is complete by 07:00 local time on business days.

Next: Hannah Lowe is to provide the written answers; the £155,000 is the total for the engagement.

Hi all, Thanks for the time in the demo. Hannah is copied so she can pick up anything technical. A quick recap of where we landed: you saw one view of an agency drawn from several sources, and you asked how that would look for underwriting operations as well as agency management. Here's where we are on next steps: - Kyle, could you send us a list of the source systems you would want connected first, and who owns each one? - Janet, which two or three underwriting questions would you most want to ask the brain? We'll use them to test it on your data. - Heather, please tell us who will sit on your security review. To be transparent, the security review is the longest part of an Enterprise engagement, so the earlier we have names the better. Thanks, Jordan

Jordan, Thanks for the recap. I'll send the source system list separately, but I have a couple of questions first so I can scope it properly. On 17 Aug 2026, at 15:18, Jordan Pike wrote: > To be transparent, the security review is the longest part of an Enterprise engagement Can you tell me what the review looks like on your side? Specifically: what data leaves our Snowflake account, if any, and who at BB-Demo can see it? And how fresh is the data each morning, and what happens when a source system changes under you? I would rather have those answers in writing before I bring in our security people. Kyle

Hi all, Good questions, Kyle, and putting them in writing is the right approach. The short version is that BB-Demo is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, and the nightly refresh is complete by 07:00 your local time on business days. Hannah will confirm the details on access and on what happens when a source system changes, and she will put it in writing so your security team can check it. She won't answer anything she isn't sure of without checking first. On timing, we are planning around an expected close of 8 Jan 2027, and the total deal value we discussed is £155,000. That is the total for the engagement, not an annual price, and we can walk through how it splits whenever Heather wants. Hannah, over to you for the written answers. Thanks, Jordan
