Billing thread: Nell Ashcombe sends Fraser McAllister the second invoice, for the annual Starter subscription for 15 users to 8 Feb 2025, £18k net and £21k gross, due 10 Mar 2024. No customer response.

Ask: Nell issued the invoice on 9 Feb 2024, the day the subscription starts, and separate from the earlier implementation invoice. She asks Fraser to reply if anything does not match his expectations.

Customer view: Fraser does not reply in the thread. The evidence does not show payment or any query.

Next: The subscription term ends 8 Feb 2025, so the renewal date sits a year on from this invoice.

Hi Fraser, The subscription starts today, so the second invoice is attached. This is the annual Starter subscription for 15 users, running to 8 Feb 2025. The net amount is £17,550, VAT is £3,510, and the gross amount is £21,060. Payment is due by 10 Mar 2024. This is separate from the earlier invoice for the implementation, so you'll see two different items in the ledger. If anything doesn't match what you were expecting, reply here and I'll look at it myself. Best, Nell
