Ask: Rachel sent the invoice, restated 30-day payment terms and asked for a PO number if one exists. She asked that INV-086-0002 be quoted on the remittance.
Customer view: Ilse did not reply in this thread, so the evidence does not show receipt, a PO number or payment.
Next: Accounting records, not this thread, show whether the invoice was paid by 24 Dec 2025.

For your records: - Net amount: £11,000 - VAT: none charged - Gross amount: £11,000 - Due date: 24 Dec 2025 Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date. Could you confirm the PO number for this invoice? If you have one, please send it over and I will add it to the invoice.
