Ask: Rachel sent the invoice with no VAT charged and asked whether the customer wants a PO number quoted. She also offered to update the mailbox if it should go elsewhere.
Customer view: Ilse did not reply in this thread, so the evidence does not show receipt, a PO number or payment.
Next: Accounting records, not this thread, show whether the invoice was paid by 11 Dec 2025.

For your records: - Net amount: £12,000 - VAT: none charged - Gross amount: £12,000 - Due date: 11 Dec 2025 Could you confirm the PO number you would like quoted on the invoice, if your team uses one? I can reissue it with the number added so it goes through your approval route without delay. If the invoice should go to a different mailbox in your team, let me know and I will update our records.
