Current to 11 Oct 26Ruud Verhoeven will not sign the Growth order form until yearly cost is separate from the £56,000 total and quarterly invoicing is in the contract. Tom Ashdown agrees and will send a revised copy.
Ask: Ruud wants the annual subscription clearly apart from the implementation fee, and quarterly invoicing written into the order form.
Customer view: he cannot match a total to a one-year budget and will not pay an invoice he cannot tie to the contract. Tom accepted both points.
Next: the thread ends with the order form unsigned and a revised copy promised. The 10 Nov 2025 signing target had passed by the last message.

- Tom Ashdown 6 Nov 2025 11:17Hello Ruud, The order form for the Growth tier is attached for signature. Nothing has changed from the proposal you have already seen, so no surprises, I hope. The total value is £56,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee. The annual subscription sits on its own line on the order form. We are aiming to have it signed by 10 Nov 2025 so the implementation can be planned. Give me a shout if anything does not match what you expected. Best, Tom
- Ruud Verhoeven 10 Nov 2025 11:05Tom, I have read the order form. Two points before I sign. First, I need the yearly cost clearly separate from the implementation fee. The £56,000 is a total, and I cannot match a total to our budget for one year. Second, is it in the contract that invoices are quarterly, as we discussed? I will not pay an invoice I cannot match to the contract. Met vriendelijke groet, Ruud Verhoeven
- Tom Ashdown 11 Nov 2025 12:15Hello Ruud, Thanks for the quick read, and fair points on both. You are right that the £56,000 is the total for the deal, not a yearly price. I'm going back to our team to confirm the annual subscription and the implementation fee as two separate lines, and I'll send you the exact wording rather than quote it from memory. I'll also ask for the quarterly invoicing to be written into the order form so it is in the contract and not just in an email. Leave that with me. You will have a revised copy as soon as it is checked. Best, Tom
