Current to 11 Oct 26Lewis Kerr sends the Growth proposal at £56,000 excluding VAT, including implementation. Femke van Gestel finds it clear but asks about connectors and daily use, and wants it sent to Ruud.
Ask: Femke asks which connectors go live first and whether account managers would use the brain every day or only the managers.
Customer view: the proposal is clear to her, but she needs answers to explain it to her team. She cannot commit budget without Ruud.
Next: Lewis owes her the connector list, order and timing, and has offered a session with account managers on their own data. The connector answer is not yet in the thread.

- Lewis Kerr 15 Sep 2025 14:59Hello Femke, Thank you for your time on our call. As promised, the proposal for the Growth tier is attached. To put a number on it: the total value of the proposal is £56,000 excluding VAT. That figure includes the one-off implementation fee, and the annual subscription is shown separately in the document so Ruud can see both parts. The aim is that your account managers see each installer's orders, delivery complaints and credit queries in one view. We are working towards signature on 10 Nov 2025, which would let the implementation start before the end of the year. Could you tell me whether Ruud needs anything else from me before he reviews it? Kind regards, Lewis
- Femke van Gestel 18 Sep 2025 09:04Hello Lewis, Thanks. The proposal is clear. Two questions. What is the plan for the connectors? Which systems are live first? And let's make it practical: do the account managers use it every day, or only the managers? That is what I need to explain to my team. I cannot commit budget without Ruud. Please send it to him directly. Groetjes, Femke
- Lewis Kerr 18 Sep 2025 11:19Hello Femke, Understood. I'll send the proposal to Ruud today with a short covering note on the commercial terms. On the connectors, I would rather check the proposal wording than quote from memory. I'll send you the list of connectors, the order they go live and the timing for each, so you can take it to your team. On daily use, the best answer is a short session with a few of your account managers on your own data. I can offer a couple of slots next week if that helps. Kind regards, Lewis
