What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Ruud Verhoeven asked whether the £56,000 Growth deal value was a yearly price. Priya Raman said it is the total deal value. Ruud wants the split and invoice dates in the contract. Whether the proposal followed is not shown.
Ask: After the 14 Jul 2025 discovery recap, Ruud asked whether £56,000 was a yearly amount. Priya replied on 15 Jul 2025 that it is the total deal value, not an annual price, and may include the one-off implementation fee.
Customer view: Ruud accepted the explanation on 18 Jul 2025 but set a condition: the split must be in the contract, with invoice dates stated. He will review it with Femke van Gestel.
Next: Priya owes a written proposal that separates subscription from one-off fees and matches the order form line by line. The decision target of 10 Nov 2025 has passed, and the evidence does not show the outcome.

- Priya Raman 14 Jul 2025 17:03Hi Femke, hi Ruud, Thanks for your time today. A quick recap, to keep momentum. What we heard: your account managers need each installer's orders, delivery complaints and credit queries in one view, and Growth looks like the right fit for that. The indicative deal value we discussed is £56,000, and we are aiming for a decision by Monday 10 November 2025, so there is plenty of time to do this properly. Next step from my side is a written proposal. Ruud, is there anything you would like to see in it from a cost and contract point of view? Happy to make this easy. Best, Priya
- Ruud Verhoeven 15 Jul 2025 09:59Priya, Thank you for the recap. One question first: what does it cost per year? Is the £56,000 a yearly amount, or something else? Met vriendelijke groet, Ruud Verhoeven
- Priya Raman 15 Jul 2025 12:17Hi Ruud, Fair question, and let me be precise. The £56,000 is the total value of the deal, so it is not an annual price. It can include the one-off implementation fee as well as the subscription. The proposal will split the two clearly, so you can see the yearly subscription on its own and what is paid once. I will make sure the figures in the proposal match the order form line by line. Best, Priya
- Ruud Verhoeven 18 Jul 2025 16:06Priya, Understood. Please send the proposal with the split as you describe. I will review it with Femke. For me it needs to be in the contract, with the invoice dates stated. No surprises. Met vriendelijke groet, Ruud Verhoeven
