Current to 11 Oct 26After the demo Sophie Ling restated the £53,800 Growth proposal and 1 Aug 2025 target. Niamh Fogarty asked how fresh the morning data is and where it lives. Sophie answered both and promised written detail from Hannah Lowe.
Ask: Sophie asked for IT and security questions to answer in writing. Niamh raised two: data freshness for first-thing renewal checks, and data location for her IT team.
Customer view: the questions are practical and not hostile, and they show the customer testing the proposal internally.
Next: Sophie said the nightly refresh is complete by 07:00 on business days and the data stays in the customer's Snowflake account. Hannah is to send the written detail; the thread does not show it arriving.

- Sophie Ling 19 Jun 2025 16:01Hi all, Thank you for your time this afternoon, and good to have Siobhán with us too. I hope the per-agency view answered what you were hoping to see. To recap, the Growth proposal stands at £53,800 in total value, and we're still aiming to have it signed by 1 Aug 2025. Hannah, copied here, runs our security and connector design, so she is the right person for anything technical. What would be most useful now is a list of any questions from your IT or security side, so we can answer them in writing before you decide. Thanks, Sophie
- Niamh Fogarty 19 Jun 2025 17:36Hi Sophie, Thanks, that was useful. Two questions from me. First, how fresh is the data when someone asks a question in the morning? Aoife's team will be checking renewals first thing. Second, where does the data actually live? Our IT team will ask. Niamh
- Sophie Ling 20 Jun 2025 13:43Hi Niamh, On Thursday 19 June 2025 at 17:36 you asked two good questions, so here is the short version. On freshness: the nightly refresh is complete by 07:00 your local time on business days, so the morning check will be on the previous day's data. On location: the brain is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so the data stays with you. Hannah will put the detail in writing, including the answers your IT team will want, and send it over early next week. Thanks, Sophie
