Current to 11 Oct 26Bethan Lister asked Femi Olatunji to trigger a manual refresh. It completed with no error and the records look current, but Femi wants the ticket kept open until he sees tomorrow's nightly run.
Ask: Bethan wanted to reproduce a problem Femi raised the day before, starting with a manual refresh and the exact run message.
Customer view: the refresh completed and nothing changed in the source system. Femi is unsure whether the earlier failure was a one-off.
Next: Femi will watch the nightly run. The evidence does not show which connector failed or the original error.

- Bethan Lister 22 Jul 2026 09:16Hi Femi, I've picked this up. Just so I've got this right: the problem you raised yesterday is still showing on your side, and nobody has changed the source system since you first noticed it? Can you try the following and tell me what you see? 1. Open the connector page in the brain and trigger a manual refresh. 2. Wait for the run to finish. 3. Send me the exact message shown at the top of the run, word for word. That will let me reproduce it here before I take it any further. Thanks, Bethan
- Femi Olatunji 22 Jul 2026 11:45Hi Bethan, Thanks for picking this up. I ran the manual refresh as you described. It completed this time with no error, and the records look current when I check a couple of clients by hand. Nothing in the source system has changed on our side. I'm not sure whether the earlier failure was a one-off, so I'd rather you didn't close the ticket yet. I'll keep an eye on tomorrow's nightly run and let you know. Regards, Femi
