- Daniel Okafor 10 Apr 2026 15:40Dear Philippa, Thank you for your time over the past months. I'm writing, as promised, to give you early notice that your Enterprise subscription is due for renewal. The current term ends on 9 Jul 2026, and we would like to have everything agreed ahead of that. The team at Vellacott has been making good use of the brain, and the contracted annual value today is £103,000 for 160 licensed users. Our renewal record currently shows a total of £129,000 for the new term. Sophie will confirm exactly what that comprises, so please treat it as a working figure until she does. We are aiming to have the renewal settled by 1 Jul 2026. To get there, I would suggest a short conversation in the coming weeks with Sophie and me, and with anyone you would like to involve on the operational side. Who owns this on your side, and would you like me to set up a time? I'll come back to you by the end of next week with a couple of proposed slots. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
