To recap what we agreed: the expansion goes ahead as discussed, with a total deal value of £1,962, and it sits under your existing agreement with us. I have attached the order form for your review. Our aim is to have it signed by Friday 9 January 2026. Clara, if procurement needs anything added to the document, such as how you would like invoices addressed, please tell me and I will turn it round quickly. First, please confirm that the order form refers to our existing agreement and does not introduce new terms of its own. Second, can you confirm that the current term and its end date of 9 Jul 2026 are unchanged by this expansion, and that the existing subscription value is not affected? To answer both points: The order form is issued under your existing agreement and carries no separate terms. The current term is unchanged and still ends on 9 Jul 2026, and the Enterprise subscription of £99,000 a year is not affected. The £1,962 is the total value of the expansion only. I have updated the order form so that invoices go to Gavin's team and it says so explicitly. The revised copy is attached. If you are able to sign by Friday 9 January 2026, we can have everything in place by then. Please shout if there is anything else you would like changed. Kind regards, Sophie
