Current to 11 Oct 26Lewis Kerr sent Philippa Gore the Enterprise order form for signature at £129,000 plus VAT, implementation included. She wants internal sign-off first and asked who owns implementation. No signature is shown in the thread.
Ask: Lewis asked who will sign and whether the draft needs another look, aiming to close on 26 Jun 2025. He stressed that the £129,000 is the whole first-term commitment, not an annual figure.
Customer view: Philippa accepted the headline and asked Lewis to hold the signing request until she confirms. She wants early warning if the 26 Jun 2025 date moves.
Next: Lewis needs to answer who owns implementation and wait for her confirmation. The thread does not show the order form being executed.

- Lewis Kerr 24 Jun 2025 17:34Dear Philippa, Thank you for your time on the security review. The Enterprise order form is now ready for your signature. To put a number on it, the total deal value is £129,000 plus VAT, which includes the one-off implementation fee. I have not quoted that as an annual figure, so please read it as the whole commitment for the first term. We are aiming to close on 26 Jun 2025, so that implementation can be planned straight away. I'll send that over today in the signing tool as soon as you confirm you are happy to proceed. Could you let me know who will sign on your side, and whether anything in the draft needs another look first? Kind regards, Lewis
- Philippa Gore 24 Jun 2025 18:48Lewis, Thank you. Headline understood: one total figure, VAT on top, implementation included. I need internal sign-off before I put my name to it, and I will have that tomorrow. Please hold the signing request until I confirm. If anything moves the 26 Jun 2025 date, tell me early. One question: who owns the implementation on your side once we have signed? Philippa Gore
