Current to 14 Oct 26Marcus Bell sent formal renewal notice for the Enterprise subscription, ending 5 Jan 2027, with a renewal deal of £135k. Graeme Charlton asked what the extra amount buys and wants current against proposed terms.
Ask: Marcus gave notice that the term ends on 5 Jan 2027, quoting contracted annual recurring revenue of £119k and a renewal deal of £135k, indicative until Lewis Kerr sends the quote.
Customer view: Graeme noted the increase, asked if it is within budget and said he needs to see what it buys before taking it to the board.
Next: Lewis to send a side by side breakdown of current terms against proposed.

- Marcus Bell 7 Oct 2026 11:05Hi Graeme, This is your formal notice that the Enterprise subscription for Kingdon Diagnostics comes up for renewal. The current term ends on 5 Jan 2027, and the renewal is currently open in our system with an expected close of 22 Dec 2026. A few points: - Current contracted annual recurring revenue is £119,000, for 150 licensed users. - The renewal deal as it stands is £135,000. Lewis will confirm exactly what that covers and send the quote with the VAT position, so please treat the figure as indicative until you have it. - Usage has been healthy and there are no overdue invoices. Lewis is copied and will pick up the commercial detail. I'm happy to jump on a call if it helps to walk through usage first. Thanks, Marcus
- Graeme Charlton 8 Oct 2026 13:58Marcus, Thanks for the notice. The increase is noted. Is that within budget? I'll need to see what the extra amount buys before I can take it to the board. Please ask Lewis to send the breakdown, and let's keep it simple: current terms against proposed, side by side. Graeme
