What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr sent the order form moving Kingdon Diagnostics from Growth to Enterprise at a total deal value of £119k. Graeme Charlton said the board approved and asked one question before signing.
Ask: Graeme asked whether the £119k covers everything for the first year or whether anything else is to come. He said he would sign today once confirmed.
Customer view: The board has approved the move to Enterprise and it is within budget. The only open point is certainty on total cost.
Next: Lewis to confirm that £119k is the whole deal, including the one-off implementation fee, as his email states. The evidence does not show the signed copy in this thread.

- Lewis Kerr 18 Dec 2025 11:28Dear Graeme, Following our recent conversations, I'm sending over the order form for signature. It moves Kingdon Diagnostics from Growth to Enterprise, co-termed to your renewal on 5 Jan 2026, and it increases your licensed users from 40 to 150. To put a number on it, the total deal value is £119,000. That is the whole deal, including the one-off implementation fee, so it is not an annual price. The figures are net of VAT, and VAT will be added on the invoice at the prevailing rate. If you can sign by Monday 22 December 2025, I can have everything in place before the current term ends. I'll send that over today in the signing tool as well, so you have it in one place. Kind regards, Lewis
- Graeme Charlton 19 Dec 2025 08:06Lewis, Thank you. I've read through it and the board has approved the move to Enterprise. Within budget, which helps. One question: does the £119,000 cover everything for the first year, or is anything else to come? Please confirm and I will sign today. Graeme
